Plans, runs and limits
What a run is, how monthly limits and active prompt slots work, and what the free plan includes.
You build a citeme.eu plan yourself and pay only for what you use. What exactly a plan includes, and current prices, are on the pricing page, where you also build your plan.
How your monthly runs add up
A run is one prompt answered by one assistant for one persona. How many runs you get each month follows from how you set up your plan — the number of AI chatbots, prompts and personas, and the frequency:
runs per month = prompts × AI chatbots × personas × days per week × 52 ÷ 12
For example, 20 prompts, 2 AI chatbots, 1 persona and a frequency of 3 days a week give 520 runs a month. The frequency (3 days a week, 5 days Monday to Friday, or daily) also applies to search queries; search engines are always included.
Runs are pooled across all your brands and reset at the start of each billing period. Unused runs don't carry over to the next month. Running a prompt immediately, outside the schedule, uses runs from the same allowance.
Active prompts and search queries
The limit on active prompts is shared by all your brands. When it is full, disable a prompt — on this brand or another — to free a slot. Disabled prompts keep their results and can be enabled again later; deleted prompts lose them permanently. Search queries have their own limit, which works the same way.
Unused slots cost the same as used ones, so the AI Visibility page reminds you when your plan has room for more questions.
AI Assistant credits
Each content review, each site optimization and each batch of prompt or search query ideas uses credits from your monthly allowance. A site optimization uses one credit, returned if the analysis fails. Unused credits don't carry over to the next month. See AI Assistant and Site optimization for AI search.
The free plan
Every account gets a detailed technical site audit for free — no payment is needed at signup. The free plan covers one brand. Prompts, search queries, competitor tracking and the AI Assistant unlock when you choose a paid plan.
Changing your plan
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Your saved card is charged the prorated difference, and the new monthly price applies from the next billing period.
- Downgrades start at your next billing date. You keep your current plan until then.
- Cancelling keeps full access until the end of the paid period.
All prices are final. We are not a VAT payer. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Invoices, payment methods and billing details are managed in the Stripe billing portal, available from the Subscription page.
