Yes — both your prompt allowance and your monthly response allowance are pooled across all brands and personas in your account. Upgrades take effect instantly — you get access to the higher limits right away and the price difference is pro-rated for the remainder of the billing month. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month, so you keep full access until then.

Each plan includes a fixed number of responses per billing period — the figure shown in the calculator and plan table (prompts × AI models × personas × monitoring frequency over the month). Responses are metered by actual usage and pooled across all brands and personas in your account. Scheduled monitoring runs automatically until the allowance is used up, and you can also run any prompt on demand from your dashboard — both draw from the same monthly pool. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period; unused responses do not carry over.
