Frequency controls how often we re-run your prompts against the selected AI models. 3× per week means Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 5× per week means every weekday (Monday–Friday). Daily means every calendar day, including weekends — ideal if you are in a fast-moving category.

Yes. On the Starter plan you pick one engine (ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini, or Perplexity). Recommended and Enterprise both track all four simultaneously, so you get full cross-engine coverage. You can switch your selected engines at any time from your dashboard settings.

A Persona lets you simulate a specific type of customer asking your prompts, so you can see how AI answers differ by audience. For each persona you can define: age group (e.g. 25–34), occupation and company size (e.g. Marketing Manager at a 50-person company), gender (Male / Female / Non-binary / Prefer not to say), and a free-text description with any additional detail (interests, pain points, buying stage, etc.). citeme.eu then re-runs your prompts from that persona's perspective — useful for spotting whether AI recommends you differently to a solo freelancer versus a corporate buyer, or to a younger versus older demographic.

Yes — both your prompt allowance and your monthly response allowance are pooled across all brands and personas in your account. For example, if you have 60 prompts and two brands, you could split them 30/30, use 50 for one brand and 10 for the other, or assign them any way you like. Responses are counted against the same shared monthly pool whichever brand they run for.

Every time an answer engine responds to one of your prompts, citeme.eu analyses the full text and classifies the tone towards your brand as positive, negative, or neutral. You can see the sentiment breakdown per engine, per prompt, and over time — so you know not just whether AI mentions you, but how it talks about you.

AI Assistant reviews your web pages against content best-practice guidelines (Google's and Bing's), and generates content optimised for modern SEO — Reddit-style posts, Wikipedia-style entries, FAQ pages and blog articles — that helps AI models discover and cite your brand. It also shows how to change your page titles, headings and meta descriptions so the searches AI assistants run find your site. All of these draw from the same monthly credit pool: 5 are included free every month on every plan, and additional credits are €0,50 € each.

Yes. Every account gets a detailed technical audit of your site and competitors' sites at no extra cost — failed checks, AI-readiness score, and developer-ready exports. Paid plans are for tracking (prompts, models, frequency), the AI assistant, and related features. The content audit is part of the AI assistant (5× included on every plan).

Upgrades take effect instantly — you get access to the higher limits right away and the price difference is pro-rated for the remainder of the billing month. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month, so you keep full access until then.

Each plan includes a fixed number of responses per billing period — the figure shown in the calculator and plan table (prompts × AI models × personas × monitoring frequency over the month). Responses are metered by actual usage and pooled across all brands and personas in your account. Scheduled monitoring runs automatically until the allowance is used up, and you can also run any prompt on demand from your dashboard — both draw from the same monthly pool. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period; unused responses do not carry over.

Yes — for any plan configuration priced under €70/mo, which covers Starter and most Recommended configurations. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Plans priced at €70/mo or above (typically Enterprise-level configurations) are not eligible for the guarantee.
